Contracts Module
The contracts module accommodates the vast array of
provider contracting models that exist in both managed
care organizations and health systems who sponsor managed
care plans. The contracts module allows the user to
quickly attach and track an unlimited number of managed
care contracts to providers and/or provider groups. It
also records multiple fee schedules, associated addresses,
and lines of business. The contract module also records
services and clients that are included or excluded within
the specific contract.
Complaint Module
The complaint module allows the user to track, manage, and
report on member complaints and/or grievances including
arbitration activity. The complaint module provides a
vehicle to effectively manage the complaint process from
start to finish, and assists with regulatory reporting
and/or provider re-credentialing needs.
Sales and Account Management Module
The Sales and Account Management module was developed to
track information about prospects and clients relative to
their use of the managed care network. It supports network
evaluation for prospects through Access Analysis,
Disruption Reports and Provider Directory Information.
Additionally, the module tracks the client’s use of the
network and records any specific network needs including:
provider exclusions; service inclusions or exclusions; and
the creation, maintenance, and tracking of property and
casualty wallcards.
Hands-Free NPDB - Auto Module
For clients with large provider databases, the NPDB Auto
module bypasses IQRS to directly connect to the NPDB/HIPDB
via IPT, (ICD Transfer Program). Through electronic
transaction file submission, the data is formatted to meet
the NPDB requirements and an electronic query is sent. The
NPDB Auto module retrieves and receives a complete
electronic version of the NPDB report that is
automatically stored in each provider's record, eliminating
manual handling. The base Echo system provides access
to the NPDB and HIPDB using IQRS submission functionality.
Geo-coding Validation Module
The Geo-coding module automatically validates your
provider and organization addresses to ensure data
integrity, essential for your access analysis efforts and
provider directories. Addresses that cannot be validated
are flagged automatically for review and correction. The
geo-coding module utilizes geographic data from the US
Census Bureau Tiger files.
Electronic Attachment (OCR) Module
The OCR module is designed for organizations with larger
provider databases that need an efficient method to scan
and attach documents that do not include postmaster
(barcode) numbers, such as applications, licenses or
documents. When a document is returned, the client
attaches a numeric label, enters the number into the
provider record, and scans the document. The OCR module
automatically attaches the scanned image to the provider
file and updates the provider record.
Data Exchange
The Data Exchange module facilitates the importing and
exporting of data to and from other computer systems. This
fully automated functionality supports continuous, as well
as transaction-based, exchanges in an unlimited number of
file layouts in SDF and delimited ASCII format.
Audit Trail
The Audit Trail module tracks access and changes made to
data including the type of change (addition, deletion, or
modification), system user, date/time, and files and
fields that were accessed. The module also includes the
original data and new information entered in a historical
log to ensure data integrity.
EchoPSV
EchoPSV (primary source verification) module accelerates
the credentialing timeline by automatically connecting and
retrieving information from various websites that offer
verification information. EchoPSV uses HTTPS technology to
securely obtain PSV for acceptance and review by staff.
EchoConnect
Allows you to offer an online application through a secure
website; then review and download the data electronically,
eliminating manual data entry of provider information.
