EchoApps Features and Benefits
EchoApps is an Internet-based system that facilitates, optimizes and simplifies the time-consuming credentialing application process without the burden of learning new technologies or installing software.

EchoApps in action.
How do I benefit by utilizing EchoApps?™
EchoApps was developed to reduce administrative overhead without having to learn new software tools and technology. Industry averages indicate that individual physicians send out over 10 applications per year. For an office of 10 providers, this equates to over 100 applications per year. EchoApps centralizes application data and pre-populates any application that needs to be sent, eliminating additional paperwork. Necessary attachments, such as DEA certificate or W-9 form, can be stored in EchoApps to be sent with the applications. This not only saves time, but it also creates a more organized paperless work environment.
EchoApps includes detailed application rules and requirements built into the master file assessment process, ensuring that the necessary information is included to populate any application. This reduces additional requests and follow-ups that are usually required.
How many applications can be requested?
Individual subscribers of EchoApps can have an unlimited number of applications sent on their behalf. Our application library provides the latest applications for healthcare organizations, so each subscriber is encouraged to have ALL their applications pre-populated through EchoApps.
How do I receive all the applications?
Applications are emailed directly to the subscribers on a requested date. Applications are pre-populated on the appropriate healthcare entity’s form and converted to a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) or RTF (word format) for printing and filing.
What applications are available in the EchoApps library?
The EchoApps library consists of a little over 800 applications gathered from hospitals, health systems, managed care organizations, payers, and state and federally sponsored programs. This number is constantly growing as the dedicated staff adds new applications daily. Click here to get a listing of the available applications in the EchoApps library.
How secure is the information?
EchoApps employs multiple levels of security. Our subscriber website is encrypted and individual subscriber accounts are verified using 128-bit SSL encryption and 1024-bit RSA public key, keeping your data safe and secure. Our network servers are monitored and updated daily with the latest patches and security enhancements available.
Can we add applications to the library?
The experienced HealthLine professionals will gladly add any applications that are not currently found in our application library. At no additional cost, this service is one of the many ways our client support is constantly working to assist you. There are two ways to submit a new application. One is to mail us a hard copy of the application that is needed. Another way to submit a new application is by emailing a PDF or word attachment of the document to our client support. Once these requests have been received, our dedicated staff will promptly quality-check and upload your applications into our system within 5-7 working days.
What happens if all the information isn’t entered at once?
No problem. All information is stored and easily reviewed. Providers can enter their information over several sessions
What types of reminders are sent?
Reminders are sent to inform office managers of any expiring provider information. We understand that each organization is unique. In order to fit your individual needs, we allow you to customize the arrival time of these notifications. They are defaulted at 30 days prior to and again at 7 days prior to the expiration date.
