Eliminate the time-consuming copying and distribution of paper clinical privilege lists. Share real-time Clinical Privilege information with others in your organization that need access. Using your Intranet with logins and passwords, privileges can be viewed and confirmed by other staff members. The pages can be created with easy-to-use search capabilities (i.e. by physician or privilege). The information displayed is tailored to your exact specifications and may include physician photos, staff status or department or any data element. Your privileges will always be up-todate and available.

Connect your Pharmacy and other departments to a specially designed web page that includes DEA schedules, numbers and physician signatures - all available on-line at a click of a button.

EchoNet Provider Profiles
Use EchoNet to share customized provider profiles with selected departments. The profile page can be customized to include any data element stored in Echo. Typically these pages include photographs, address information including pager numbers, department assignments, staff categories and covering providers.

EchoNet Third Party Auto Verify
Responding to verification requests from other organizations is a time consuming task. EchoNet's "auto-verify" feature allows other organizations to self-query for provider verification. Verification letter templates can include any item of your choice. Additionally, logic can be used to "flag" records where a telephone call or letter is indicated rather than an automatic response.

Custom page(s) can be created that mirror your credentialing applications to speed data entry and eliminate errors and omissions. Ideal for larger organizations, the Quick Sheet will improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Use EchoNet to provide a communication hub from your organization to your providers. EchoNet custom pages can be created to post meeting announcements, CME calendars, application status reports, reappointment forms and on-call schedules. Using a multi-level password system, access to the web site to read, review and update information 7/24 is controlled. Memos and phone calls are significantly reduced with EchoNet while medical staff relationships are enhanced.

EchoNet on-line provider referral directories link your organization to your consumers and patients. There are many selection choices that can be made available including specialty, gender, insurance participation, zip code, clinical interests and foreign languages spoken to allow consumers to select providers that best meet their needs. Individual profiles that outline your staff's professional background and training are available for consumer review. Out-of-date paper directories are replaced with 'real-time' information for your consumers and other entities.
