center Client Advisory Panel has developed the mentor program as a
resource for client-to-client connection to enhance your contact center's
effectiveness. You can connect with a quick phone call, exchange emails, get a

You can ask a mentor and if you choose, you can be a mentor. It's all up to
you.
The program is informal. Just scroll to the desired topic (they are listed
alphabetically by topic), select an individual and click on their name. The
link takes you to their email address and phone number. Just pick up the phone
and dial. It's that easy!
