Managed Care
The Managed Care module expands the provider profile to track provider groups, locations, contracts, and plan participation data. It supports an unlimited number of plans and contracting levels. When used concurrently with the Laptop module, site reviews and checklists are easily accomplished. The Managed Care module also generates provider directories and reports.

Call Scheduler
The Call Scheduler module automates the creation and maintenance of an unlimited number of call schedules. Providers may be assigned to one or more groups with user-defined rotations. Individual and call group calendars can be easily created.

WorkPaths
The WorkPaths module allows your staff to create a series of real-time, condition-based rules to improve and ensure daily work flow. These events identify files or events for review and modify data depending on action taken.

The condition-based rules measure and report staff performance. Use WorkPaths to measure total number of applications processed, average processing time, and staffing model projections.

Clinical Pathways
The Clinical Pathways module supports unlimited, entity-specific pathways with varying complexities. Categories of care, clinical objectives, and specific time increments can be established. Variances are noted and compared to your benchmarks; alerting case managers for follow-up. Clinical studies and high-risk diagnoses and procedures are tracked and monitored.

Laptop/Survey
The Laptop/Survey module streamlines the collection of data from remote sites using portable laptop or notebook computers for the purpose of collecting medical records and conducting site visits. The Survey module is also a valuable tool to track complaints and customer satisfaction.

Data Import/Export
The Data Export/Import engine facilitates the exchange of data to and from other computer systems. This fully automated feature supports continuous, as well as, transaction-based exchanges in an unlimited number of file layouts in ASCII.

Audit Trail
The Audit Trail module tracks access and changes made to your data. It tracks the type of change (addition, deletion, or modification), system user, date/time, and files and fields that changed. The module also includes the original data and new information entered in a historical log. The Audit Trail module ensures your data's integrity.
