Atlanticare Vice President appointed to HealthLine Systems’ national Client Advisory Panel

San Diego, California, January 15, 2007-HealthLine Systems, Inc. announces the appointment of Ms. Rene Bunting, Vice President of Marketing for Atlanticare, to its national Client Advisory Panel for contact center solutions. The Client Advisory Panel provides insight on market trends, migrating client needs, emerging contact center opportunities, and examples of documented results to raise the standard of practice for the healthcare industry.

The Client Advisory Panel includes distinguished client leaders chosen from over 400 HealthLine Systems client sites in North America. Panel members are proven performers, recognized health care and contact center thought leaders. "We value the insights provided by skilled industry leaders on our contact center Client Advisory Panel," said Dan Littrell, HealthLine Systems’ Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Bunting is a seasoned healthcare marketing and public relations executive with proven results. She leads, develops, directs, and documents outcomes of Atlanticare’s marketing strategy, marketing communications, access management, branding and positioning, e-health execution, public relations, media relations, community relations and support for fund development. "It is a pleasure to join HealthLine Systems’ Client Advisory Panel," states Bunting. "I look forward to contributing from my experience to add value to HealthLine Systems’ clients."

One of Ms. Bunting’s key accomplishments at Atlanticare is the development and execution of an innovative brand map strategy which integrates the organization’s mission, strategic plan, marketing plan, marketing communications execution, and results reporting. In 2006, board members conducted 33 meetings with various targeted groups of community stakeholders and documented the results. Atlanticare Access™, a centralized portal of both telephone and web access was activated, powered by HealthLine SystemsSharp Focus® contact center software. The Atlanticare board approved a revised name and logo and comprehensive marketing communications messaging with the call to action through Atlanticare Access.

Results include statistically significant gains in awareness, preference and perception of quality with board, management team, and physicians. Focus groups conducted with targeted community groups universally recognize the brand message "I am Atlanticare" and acknowledged increases in market presence and awareness. Atlanticare documents increased market share for targeted clinical services, and benefits from an upgraded bond rating—the highest in New Jersey.
