October 4, 2005 - HealthLine Systems™, Inc. (HLS) announced the 20th anniversary of their incorporation today in San Diego, California. In conjunction with a yearlong celebration, HLS announced the release of EchoAccess™, the industry's first web-based contact center software solution.
